Rovers in Action!
The basement was flooded with about 3 inches of standing water due to the heavy rain in Duluth, GA. The carpet, wood, and contents were all affected. The rovers are weight assisted extraction machines for removing water from carpet and padding.

Moisture Meter
This is a moisture meter that are used to measure the percentage of water in a given substance. It lets us know if the hardwood floors are still wet or dry.

Residential Pipe Leak
Customer was out of town for 10 days and came home to water damage due to a pipe leak. SERVPRO of Norcross was there to mitigate in a timely matter.
